Marcia’s Paradise was conceived as a haven for people like us who want to get out of the rat race to a small community in which peace and quiet and the beauty of nature are the predominant features. Obviously, you cannot find these qualities in the middle of a crime-ridden city with all its pollution, traffic and noise. But in Marcia’s Paradise we have it all.
Taxes and big government have destroyed what enjoyment we once had in our home countries. We didn’t want to live in a housing development with houses a few feet apart. But in Marcia’s Paradise we have taxes of $100 a year and room to spread out on our two-acre plus home sites with streams, waterfalls, coffee plantations and wildlife.
This property is not for everyone and we are not anxious to sell the homes. We are looking for the one percent of people who would prize this lifestyle and who would like to be our neighbors.
SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER
This lifestyle is not for everyone. If you crave the malls and traffic of the city and want to be close to Wal-Mart this is not for you. If you expect a super highway leading up to your door this is not for you. If you are looking for fast food restaurants and movie theatres within close proximity this is not for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet, fresh air, the sound of birds in the trees and the distant rumble of the mighty Reventazon river in the valley – you’re home.
